Delivery and returns
Delivery and dispatch time:
We aim to always have your items with you as quickly as possible. Items are generally despatched within 3 working days. If you are in a hurry, we can generally post the same day for most items if the order is received before 12pm - please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expedite your delivery.
- Orders under 500g are shipped with An Post, if within Ireland. Orders over 500g are sent by GLS courier.
- All international orders are sent by An Post and passed to your national postal service.
- Shipping on orders under €80 to Ireland is charged at cost, based on the weight of your items.
- Shipping over €80 in Ireland is free. International Shipping is charged at cost.
We want you to be happy with all of the purchases you make from My Cotton Drawer. If you receive an item that you feel is different in hand and doesn't suit, you can return the item for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. However, if 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund - we may be able to offer an exchange, so please contact us to see what your options are. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons swimwear/nappies and menstrual products are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will usually immediately process a refund, or we will contact you if we need further information or you have requested an exchange. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you should see this within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue with a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: My Cotton Drawer, Tibradden Lane, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot process a refund or exchange until we receive the item. If you are shipping an item over €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as otherwise your item is not guaranteed to reach us.
Tracked Shipping/missing post
If you require tracking for your shipment please select the courier option for your delivery. In the case of regular post, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery from the date of shipping. After this duration your order would be considered missing and we will place a trace on your parcel. If this fails to locate your parcel we will provide a full refund.
